You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 days of receiving the returned package.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The following information is required to authorize return. order number, SKU#, quantity of item(s) being returned, reason for return, and wether you need a refund or replacement. Please note refund can only be processed for items being returned within 30-days. Warranty replacement applies after 30-days for the remainder of the warranty period. Generally, all orders placed on a regular business day before 2PM EST will be shipped the same day. Free shipping applies to only USA destinations and takes approximately 2-3 days delivery. Optional expedited guaranteed shipping by FedEx is available.
Customers who refuse shipments will be charged 15% restocking fees. If you receive a package that has been delivered with a damaged shipping box we request you to please take pictures of the item and keep the damaged box to be returned back to us so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
