It is a PCI Express x 8 adapter that will support RAID Levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60. PERC 6/E comes with onboard cache of 512Mb and 2 external SAS ports. The card itself is compatible with PCI-e slot X 8. This card can be used with Dell PowerVault MD1000 or MD1120 with compatibility to the following systems:
