Returns under 1 year warranty should be requested by email to sales@serverdiskdrives.com (please provide order number, model number of the item being returned, quantity of item being returned, reason for return, and serial number(s) of the item(s) being returned). Once this information is provided and verified, someone from our team will reply back with return instructions.
