How long does it take for me to receive my order? Orders placed by 4PM EST on working days (Mon-Fri) are shipped same day and usually delivered within 2-3 business days within USA How do I create an account? You can register for new account under “my account” section on the top of the pages or bottom of the pages. How do I change my shipping address? Shipping address can be changed immediately after placing the order by calling us at 407-960-1722 or email us. Shipping address can not be changed after the item has been shipped. How do I track the status of my order? Tracking numbers are posted on order details section or you can email us request for tracking number with your order number. Will you keep my credit card information on file? We do not store credit card information. In fact, when you place order through our secure site, we do not have access to any of your payment information. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax to shipments being shipped to Florida. You may email us Tax Exempt Certificate and reference your order number immediately after or before place the order. Do you ship to my country? We ship to USA and Canada and many other countries around the world. Please email us if you need International Shipping Quote with details of your order. Will my items come in one package? We try to add as many items as securely possible in one package. This entirely depends on the size of the order.
